319 Series

That seemingly ordinary object in daily life that best measures the temperature of life. 319 Series re-sorts the relationship between a cup of hot water, a pot of cold drink, and time with minimalist bottle body lines and stable insulation performance.

01

The Temperature Logic of the Inner Liner

Inside the bottle is a 316 or 304 grade stainless steel inner liner. This material itself does not generate temperature; its task is to minimize heat loss as much as possible, allowing the liquid to cool at its own pace. The electroplated copper layer is evenly attached to the outer wall of the inner liner, forming an invisible reflective layer that controls radiation heat dissipation at a very low level; the high vacuum interlayer between the double-layer structure cuts off the main path of heat conduction and convection.

Actual test data shows that a cup of 95°C hot water, placed in an environment of about 20°C for 6 hours, can still be maintained above 70°C; after 12 hours, it is still above 55°C. The performance in the cold drink direction is equally stable, with a considerable amount of ice cubes remaining after the same period.

"The meaning of insulation is not to keep heat forever, but to let it be used at just the right temperature for a longer time."

02

Bottle Mouth and User Experience

The moment you unscrew the bottle cap, hand feel is the first interaction. The 319 Series cap is made of food-grade polypropylene material, with a silicone sealing ring inside. The resistance is uniform when tightened, and there is no涩滞 feeling when loosened. The number of thread circles has been optimized, and sealing can be completed without repeated rotations, but the sealing performance is not compromised.

The water outlet is designed with a slightly curved lip edge, providing stable flow when pouring and less splashing. For those who prefer to drink directly from the bottle mouth, this arc provides a touch that is imperceptible yet habitual. The bottle cap can also be completely disassembled into two or three components for regular cleaning to prevent odor from hiding in the gap of the rubber ring.

03

Design Restraint Beyond Scenes

The 319 Series has no extra decoration, and the entire bottle body only retains the most necessary structural lines. It adapts to the dark countertop of the kitchen, the light wood-colored office desk, and even looks natural on an outdoor camping table. There are two capacity options: 500ml and 750ml. The former is suitable for short-term solo outings or fixed positions on office desktops; the latter is more suitable for family daily use or situations where you need to stay outside for a long time without frequent refills.

The non-slip silicone pad at the bottom of the bottle is another carefully handled detail. It is designed in a slightly concave shape, almost invisible when placed on a hard flat surface, but once there are water stains on the countertop or slight tilting, the gasket can provide reliable grip to avoid the bottle sliding or even tipping over.

04

Daily Maintenance and Long-term Use

Stainless steel thermoses are not afraid of use, but afraid of long-term improper cleaning. After each use, rinse the inner liner with warm water and neutral detergent, and dry thoroughly to avoid odor. If stubborn tea stains appear, pour in a small amount of food-grade citric acid and hot water and soak for half an hour, then rinse clean, and the inner liner will return to its original brightness.

It is recommended to remove and clean the rubber ring every three months, and check whether it is aging or deformed. The rubber ring of the 319 Series uses a replaceable design. If necessary, accessories can be purchased separately for replacement without eliminating the entire bottle.
